This book is being printed by Greenerprinter, a company in the San Francisco Bay Area, using cutting-edge technology to reproduce the visual illustrations (about 70 of them) with high-quality clarity and accuracy. The book costs about $10 per copy to print, plus $4 postage to send it anywhere in the United States.
